Shipping & Returns
- Defective merchandise. --- Should a client ever receive a
defective product, they should notify us
immediately via e-mail. The product should be returned to us within 10
days of receipt of product, and we will
replace the product or refund full purchase price. We will credit the
clients account for return shipping, and we will
pay shipping to replace product.
- Wrong product mistakenly shipped. --- The client should notify
us immediately via e-mail and as soon as the
product is returned to us we will send the correct product. We will
credit the clients account for return shipping, and we will pay the shipping to replace the product.
